Hello Fam,
Shall i say a very cold morning too you all, it really took a hell of a time getting to work this morning, but it had me thinking though........''what the hell is happening?'', is it that God is using this rain to wipe away all the bad things that has been done within this week?......to bring calmness?,but the rain came like Heaven was weeping?.....crying for the souls that were lost in the bomb blast and explosions.
I too, i cry with Heaven, i cry for this country of ours....''Nigeria'', since the new administration came into office the bad that has occurred is more than any good whatsoever,do not get me wrong i also want change, i am also glad that some bills has been approved by the government and there is peace talk going on among nations too especially the Africa nations.
However, we tend to lose one love one or the other daily, now like i said it had me thinking and i will love for us to analyze these speculations of mine together .........the explosions,wow!...tanker explosions almost everyday!, fuel wasted in a time of fuel scarcity and subsidy, now is it the road that is to be blamed for the accidents? or careless drivers?.....the government?....or maybe a private body?...those are just speculations, but lets analyze or rather put on our thinking caps....could somebody be responsible for these accidents?...if we all are conversant with the happenings you will all see that apart from the bombings that are an eye sore the accidents involving tankers is becoming scary. so i put this question back to you again.....what or who is behind these accidents?
Are they just mere coincidences?, we all know that there has been internal struggle between the petroleum sector and the government, this caused the parties involved to go on countless strikes, however we do not know if these issues have been resolved amicably between parties, the fuel strife before the new administration caused financial strain in some families and businesses as people struggled to survive.
It will be very bad if these happenings are masterminded by a person or a body just to make a point, because to make a point should not include the loss of lives or businesses and homes. The government should do something about it! whether it be maintenance of the vehicles or the road, whichever it may be to stop the loss of anybody or anything valuable to us.
And please save our fuel!....the roads are licking too much of it already!!
yours,
Joy Newman.
